I made an appointment for Friday at 11:00AM that your team did not honor. I was told that I would be updated via text. When 1:30 came around, I reached out hoping for a diagnosis. I was told they didn't have one yet, but that I would be updated in the afternoon. 5:30PM came around and still no update. I reached out again via text and no response. Saturday morning came and I still have not received a response or an update, so I reached out again at 10, no response, so I called and had to leave a message. When I got a call back, I was then told that there was no diagnosis and no tech to get me one until Monday at the earliest and if it really was the part that another shop had suggested, then they'd have to order it and the earliest they could get started on it would be Wednesday. I explained the issue when I made the appointment on Thursday afternoon for Friday. If the Service Department couldn't actually get me in on Friday, then they shouldn't make the appointment. When I told Ryan that on the phone, he said, "We have cars that have been towed to our lot for weeks. Things just come up." Well, there you have it. Apparently appointments don't mean much and if you take your car to Billion, you can expect it to sit in the lot for weeks. Such poor service. I will never ever go here again. There's a reason Billion is known for having terrible service.

The only negative in the whole experience is the fact that I noticed that my brand new GMC truck was delivered to me with Chevrolet hub caps on it. Now that may have happened at the build factory as I know both brands are built together, but I’m shocked that it wasn’t noticed and corrected by the dealer.

While the people were very nice, I have to give this review because lets face it, our car is a 2019 and this exact part has had to be replaced/fixed TWICE which is ridiculous. We have also had to replace all 4 tire sensors and the back up camera that stopped working. Our OG GMC Envoy didn't have these same issues. Now lets talk about the service. First off my Husband called to say the issue, instead of having the part on hand for an easier fix, your people waited until the car came in, and then ordered the part making it 2 days we had to wait. What you should do is bring the car in, order the part and if the car is still working, let the customer have it until the parts come in. NOW as I have said before,YOUR people were kind and friendly, customer service isn't the issue, but the car is. For the price we paid to purchase said car, and then the money we have had to pay to fix it, this isn't worth it. When going to purchase a new car in the future, I will be looking at different brands because it's clear GMC isn't the quality it used to be.

I had a coupon for an oil change, and my TPS light was on, they looked at it and they said they did not want to do anything because it could cause the rest to go out. Took it to fremont tire and the batteris were dead in two, they had it fixed in 30 min.

Worst service I have ever had here. Left messages and texts for Jake and Ryan and neither one got back to me. Brought my Buick Envision in twice because back seat lights will not turn off. Didn’t believe me at first and told me to just push the button to turn them off. Ryan finally took it on a test drive and realized what I was saying but brought it back to me covered in mud. I had to go spend $18.00 to clean it!! Ryan was going to do some research with his”world class technicians” and supposedly had a call in to GMC because they don’t know how to fix. Last time I spoke to him and picked my car up was Jan 14th!!! We have bought several cars as well as my husband’s sales cars. Never again will I buy from Billionaire. My husband just bought a new Chevy truck and his company just bought 3 Chevy’s for their sales team. Billion lost out on more than $220,000. I will not be bringing it back to fix. I will just be looking to trade at Knoeffler Chevrolet where they want our business. I have so much more to say about what went on but don’t want to take the time to even type it out. Pathetic!!

Dropped off vehicle before xmas and wasnt ready until after xmas week. They installed a camera then had vehicle for like a week when we noticed it started acting up again. I called originally to talk to Jake but ended up speaking to Ryan. He told me to take it back in. He then called a couple days after to let me know that the camera that was installed was faulty. I asked him if we were going to have to pay again he said no. Overall people at the dealership are very nice but vehicle has been a pain in the butt since we bought it back in 2022. So my question is is it really worth buying a brand new vehicle?
