All work was completed and Jake in the service center is always on the ball.

Great service

I made an appointment for Friday at 11:00AM that your team did not honor. I was told that I would be updated via text. When 1:30 came around, I reached out hoping for a diagnosis. I was told they didn't have one yet, but that I would be updated in the afternoon. 5:30PM came around and still no update. I reached out again via text and no response. Saturday morning came and I still have not received a response or an update, so I reached out again at 10, no response, so I called and had to leave a message. When I got a call back, I was then told that there was no diagnosis and no tech to get me one until Monday at the earliest and if it really was the part that another shop had suggested, then they'd have to order it and the earliest they could get started on it would be Wednesday. I explained the issue when I made the appointment on Thursday afternoon for Friday. If the Service Department couldn't actually get me in on Friday, then they shouldn't make the appointment. When I told Ryan that on the phone, he said, "We have cars that have been towed to our lot for weeks. Things just come up." Well, there you have it. Apparently appointments don't mean much and if you take your car to Billion, you can expect it to sit in the lot for weeks. Such poor service. I will never ever go here again. There's a reason Billion is known for having terrible service.

First time being at this dealership and it was a very good experience. Ryan, the service advisor, made feel relaxed and comfortable being there. No pressure was put on for any additional/unneeded services and i really like that.

They were able to get my blazer in and repaired quick.

What a great service dept. The air went out in my car I had plans to go out of town and they were able to get my car in and fixed. I can’t say enough about the professional staff. They listen and explain to me what needs to be done.

The only negative in the whole experience is the fact that I noticed that my brand new GMC truck was delivered to me with Chevrolet hub caps on it. Now that may have happened at the build factory as I know both brands are built together, but I’m shocked that it wasn’t noticed and corrected by the dealer.

While the people were very nice, I have to give this review because lets face it, our car is a 2019 and this exact part has had to be replaced/fixed TWICE which is ridiculous. We have also had to replace all 4 tire sensors and the back up camera that stopped working. Our OG GMC Envoy didn't have these same issues. Now lets talk about the service. First off my Husband called to say the issue, instead of having the part on hand for an easier fix, your people waited until the car came in, and then ordered the part making it 2 days we had to wait. What you should do is bring the car in, order the part and if the car is still working, let the customer have it until the parts come in. NOW as I have said before,YOUR people were kind and friendly, customer service isn't the issue, but the car is. For the price we paid to purchase said car, and then the money we have had to pay to fix it, this isn't worth it. When going to purchase a new car in the future, I will be looking at different brands because it's clear GMC isn't the quality it used to be.

I had a coupon for an oil change, and my TPS light was on, they looked at it and they said they did not want to do anything because it could cause the rest to go out. Took it to fremont tire and the batteris were dead in two, they had it fixed in 30 min.

I left me car there for 5 days, while on a vacation, when I picked it up the back hatch still will not open with the back button and the shift still seems off. I was supposed to get a call from the service manager, but never have. I will check other places to fix the hatch.
